Locals Lounge – Spring Mom to Mom Sales in Ontario
One of my favorite places to go shopping for clothes for A.C. is mom to mom sales – they are normally run like a huge garage sale dedicated to everything baby and kids. I picked up 2 (like new) winter coats and a pair of snow pants at a fall mom to mom sale for $15, much better then the $40 price tag at stores.
A.C. is literally bursting at the seams of some of his winter clothes I am looking forward shopping for spring clothes in the next size up.

These sound great! Wish they had them here. We've had multifamily garage sales but that is pretty much it.
Our local (Windsor) Mom 2 Mom sale was yesterday. I wouldn't miss it for the world. Spent about $70 and brought home all the clothes my girl needs for the next 6-12months, including a snow suit.
Join us for our Family Marketplace on Saturday, February, 23, 2013 from 9:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m at Niagara College in Niagara-on-the-lake! The Many Moms for Many Hands event will offer Moms and Dads the opportunity to buy and sell their gently used clothing and household items. We will provide something unique for each member of the family as you stroll through our Market – Mom to Mom Drive, Dad’s Garage, Kid Park Avenue, Treat Street offering cupcakes, kettle corn and other food vendors, Business Boulevard featuring new products and services for families, plus face painting and activities for the children. The value of the event is to help families support each other. Profits generated will be donated to the Many Hands Project. This year’s recipient is Port Cares in Port Colborne. Admission is $2, plus a food donation for Port Cares Reach-Out Food Centre. Children under 12 years-of-age are free. Vendor tables are available at $35 for moms or dads and $50 for business vendors.
