It’s time to party: LEGO SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Undersea Playset
I am thrilled to announce that Little Miss Kate will be taking part in the Nickelodeon Moms Blogger Program. This means I will be able to share my take on some of the newest Nickelodeon Toys & host some awesome giveaways for my readers too!
LEGO is BIG in our house, well right now we are at the LEGO DUPLO stage with A.C. but we can spend hours building all sorts of creations, identifying colours, and shapes. For both JAM and I, it is one of our favorite ways to play with A.C.. For me I love the time it gives us to focus on one task, connect and learn. JAM was a “LEGO kid”, so for him I think it is all about the building and creating – cars, rocket ships, monsters – whatever their imagination comes up with that day.
Now I will be the first to admit, I don’t know much about SpongeBob Squarepants. A.C. is still too young to enjoy the show, but I have nephews, younger cousins, and friend’s children who LOVE SpongeBob. That is why I was so excited to see that LEGO and Nickelodeon have come together offer the SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Undersea Party!
What a great way to beat off summer boredom then spending an afternoon playing with LEGO, encouraging imaginative play and fine motor skills. And this 450+ piece play set really does have everything you need to for a fun time. Complete with SpongeBob’s house, Squidward’s house, turntable & speakers, and juice bar SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mrs. Puff and Gary will be ready to PARTY!
I love the ingenuity behind the design of SpongeBob’s house, LEGO has really outdone themselves coming up with this awesome design that is fun and not too difficult to put together. All of the characters can also have a blast on the fully functional merry-go-round and the seesaw that are also included as part of this set.
