October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Tic Tac is going PINK!
Think of your 8 closest girl friends – now think about how you would feel if one of them or you heard the diagnosis Breast Cancer. Well in Canada that is exactly what happens every day 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their lifetime.
In my “day job” (you know the times I actually get dressed into business wear and try to keep sticky toddler hands off my pants before I run out the door) I work in the healthcare sector. Specifically in Oncology research, and I see on a daily basis the difference cancer research makes in the lives of patients through more treatment options, better outcomes, and improved quality of life. Yes a cancer diagnosis is scary for anyone, but there is HOPE thanks to years of research to improve screening, detection and treatment of Breast Cancer.
I am proud to announce that Tic Tac Canada is supporting Breast Cancer Research in Canada by making a $25,000 donation to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada and by helping raise awareness about breast cancer by releasing a new limited edition Strawberry Fusion Flavoured Tic Tac and a Tic Tac character to represent the new flavour. These specially marked boxes of Tic Tacs can be found in stores now.
So remember to do your monthly Breast Self Exam, and think PINK this October!
Disclosure: I received free product samples to try out for this review. There was no compensation. The opinions expressed are my own.

I love all the pink breast cancer items and we always buy a few items that support breast cancer. As I get older I can't help but think that someday someone close to me I know or myself could have breast cancer. What a great thing Tic Tac Canada is doing!
We love Tic Tacs! What a great cause to support! Women do need to keep up on their checks.
Such an awesome cause! We try to pick up a little 'pink' from as many as we can hit. Tic Tacs… for sure!
That's awesome! Tic Tacs remind me of my grandparents, they always had some in their pockets.
I ALWAYS keep a stash of Tic Tacs around, I will definitely have to pick up some pink ones. (May daughter will be so excited that they are pink!)
I love that they do this. I support anything that helps bring attention to Breast cancer
