I think it is finally safe to say that winter is over and the nice weather is here to say. After the blast of cold and hail we got mid-May I was starting to wonder if we would every be able to put away the winter gear. But now it looks like we can move on to planning summer activities – Picnics, pot lucks, backyard BBQs to name a few. I know our weekends are booking up fast. That means that I will be pulling out my fast but tasty recipes that I can whip up when we have guests over or to take with me when we travel to visit friends and family. This tasty hot creamy cheddar Bacon dip only requires 4 ingredients and is quick to make. And you know how I love easy nacho dip recipes, so this one fits right into my repertoire.
