Love Fudge? Love Cookies? Well then you must try Two-Layer Cookie Crunch Fudge! Your sweet tooth is guaranteed to be satisfied with this chocolatey fudge which has a little crunchy surprise in the bottom layer.
With only 5 ingredients this simple fudge recipe takes no time at all to prepare. This is a great recipe to get the kids involved in as well. They can chop the cookies using a butter knife and help out with stirring the chocolate as you melt it.
It takes less than 20 minutes to make this recipe, most of the time is spent melting the chocolate. Remember when melting chocolate in the microwave to use medium power and stop to stir the chocolate often (ever 30 sec or so).
Once the fudge was layered we used red & green sprinkles as a decorative garnish. You could also top with drizzled or shaved chocolate.
