November 16th – Oakville Christmas Parade, Brampton Santa Claus Parade, Orangeville Santa Claus Parade and Georgetown Santa Claus Parade
Oakville Christmas Parade 2019 – Things we do at Christmas time: 9AM
This year’s Oakville Santa Claus Parade is on Saturday, November 16, 2019, beginning at 9 a.m. The route begins in Downtown Oakville at Lakeshore Road East and Reynolds Avenue (see parade route map below).
The parade starts promptly at 5 PM from the corner of Main Street North and Sproule Drive. It takes the front of the parade approximately 1.5 hours to make their way along Main Street North to it’s conclusion at Elgin Drive.
Tips for Best Viewing:
1. For optimal viewing of our night-time Parade, the best place to watch is where there is the least amount of lighting. From Gage Park to Clarence Street tends to be less crowded and offers an excellent vantage point from which to enjoy the lights of the parade.
Get ready Orangeville! Santa Claus will be coming to town this year on Saturday, November 16, 2019!
The Parade will start at 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from the corner of First Street and Hansen Boulevard.
The parade will exit Hansen Boulevard at First Street and proceed: south to Broadway; east on Broadway to Fourth Street; North on Fourth Street to Second Avenue; East on Second Avenue to the entrance to the Rotary Park Parking lot; and, will finish in the Rotary Park parking lot.
The parade is an evening parade starting at 5PM on Saturday Nov 16, 2019 featuring over 80 bands, floats and marchers decked out with thousands of lights. The parade starts at Sinclair Ave.travels west on Guelph Street ending at the Georgetown Fairgrounds Park. Santa Claus is coming to town!
November 17th – Toronto Santa Claus Parade, Milton Santa Claus Parade
The Toronto Santa Claus Parade is the biggest Parade in Ontario. It takes about 2.5 hours for the whole parade to go by if you’re standing in one spot.
Tips for Best Viewing:
No matter where you stand along the route, you’ll see the parade in all its glory. Just be sure to arrive early. Spots fill up fast. Can’t make it to the Parade? The Santa Claus Parade will air on Sunday, November 17th, at 4:30pm ET/PT on CTV, and 5:30pm AT on CTV Atlantic and on CTV GO.
The 2019 Milton Santa Claus Parade will be held on Sunday November 17th starting at 1:30 in the afternoon from Main Street West and Whitmer.
November 24th – Steetsville Santa Claus Parade
Join us for an afternoon full of family-friendly fun at the Streetsville Village Square as we welcome Santa & a host of holiday activities to the Village!Get ready to rock around the Christmas tree this November! The Streetsville BIA is excited to present the third annual Christmas in the Village festival: a weekend full of free activities and entertainment for all ages!
Event-goers will enjoy crisp craft beer and mulled wine while snacking on tasty maple taffy made for them right in the Streetsville Village Square. All weekend long, family-friendly live bands will be playing for guests while they feast on delicious eats from an array of local restaurants and unique food trucks.
Visitors can head down Queen St. S. to check out the many children’s activities, browse through dozens of unique market vendors, enjoy a horse and carriage ride, and take pictures with Santa! Hop aboard the Polar Express Train to ‘chug’ across the event in style!
December 1st – Burlington Christmas Parade
Santa Claus is coming to town from 2PM-4PM. Burlington’s annual Santa Claus Parade will feature bands, colourful floats, mascots, and jolly old Saint Nick himself.
December 7th – Bolton Santa Claus Parade
Bolton Christmas Parade: 11-12:30 PM
Santa Claus is coming to town from 11-12:30PM. Starts at Queensgate – North On Queen (Hwy 50) – Ends at Centennial.
